Our first meeting was in February in the rain and cold. We were in Fitzwilliam Sq in Dublin 2, where I was presenting the client with drawings and a pre visualisation of their park wedding.

I designed an outdoor chapel out of salvage complete with sanctuary and windows, church pews and back doors. The drinks reception was a collection of victorian garden furniture complete with gazebo, which doubled up as a meet up area with woolly blankets in the evening. The main marquee was a stunning handmade wooden pole Indian style tent.

An outdoor cinema with Arabian style seating and dressing played silent black and white movies. I got a full size superior motorhome to the site which allowed people who needed privacy for whatever reason to relax in a plush environment with full bedrooms, shower, kitchen and satellite TV etc.

At night, the park and chapel was lit at night by old fashioned storm lanterns, prompting a proposal or two in the twilight hours.
